We stayed here the first night in Prague due to arriving in the early evening after a long day. You can walk right to the hotel from the airport and the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel and rooms were very clean. The hotel worked out perfectly for us.

Stayed here last January 2023 with my daughter after she became unexpectedly very ill on her trip to Prague. This review is so long overdue, but I will never forget the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff at this hotel. Could not have got better service in what was a very dark hour, and it's then that we really needed it and appreciated it. Little shop at reception was a godsend under the circumstances with a decent selection of snacks and drinks. Hotel itself is located a 2 minute walk from the airport terminal. Beautiful, supercomfortable, superclean, modern hotel, but we will remember it for the amazing service! Forever grateful!

A friendly and helpful staff willing to make things happen for you. A good restaurant. A covered 2nd floor walkway to airport check in counter. You can even use the airport luggage carts from your room to the check in counter, or from the luggage pick up. And best of all for me because I was bringing a pure blood, Bernese Mt Dog puppy, they all love dogs!

Too pricy for no services. Nice lady at the reception, but there positivness ends. The floor was kinda dirty when we dropped something, not even spoon in the room, shower with no pressuer so impossible to wash my hair, fridge didnt work at all. For just basic oversleep it was very overpriced option.

Due to bad weather, our early evening flight was delayed to the following morning. What a shame, we thought - we’ll just have to stay another night in this lovely city! Rather than waiting for the airline to arrange accommodation and which could have been hit or miss, we made our own arrangements, the cost of which we claimed back later. We chose the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport hotel which was literally across the road from the main terminal and incredibly convenient. We booked it on the Marriott app and made our way over to the hotel which took approximately 1 minute! The reception staff were very friendly and once the young man noticed we had Gold status, he upgraded us to a room with a view of the airport and runway which was nice. The lift to our floor was dirty with some rubbish in it and which was still there the next morning, The room was functional but very expensive for what was on offer but I suppose that’s the price one pays for such a convenient location. We decided to try the restaurant with relatively low expectations but we were very pleasantly surprised with super friendly and efficient staff, a great choice of food and really good presentation and quality. We had an early night but didn’t sleep particularly well as the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. It was only when we got home and completed a ‘how was your stay’ survey that the management replied to say they could have arranged a mattress topper. It’s a shame we didn’t know this but we were impressed that they’d bothered to reply and to point this out and we hope this information will be of use to future guests. Apart from the bed being too hard, our night was also disturbed by the shower deciding to drip extremely loudly at about 2am which we couldn’t stop but it eventually stopped by itself. The next morning, we had a shower but were disappointed to note it had mould in the corners of the tray. We don’t have this at home and we certainly don’t expect it in a branded hotel so this came as a surprise, as did the dirty shower head but the water was nice and hot and the pressure was good. We pointed this out in our feedback and the management were extremely apologetic. Also, the bath towels were quite hard and one of them had a hole in it! After such a good experience the night before, we decided to go down to the restaurant for breakfast. It was 8am and the queues to enter were ridiculous so we didn’t bother and we checked out, preferring instead to check in for our flight and eat in the airport lounge. For the money and compared with the other Prague property we stayed in for our trip, this was a very disappointing experience (apart from the restaurant). Without wishing to sound too snobbish, this mid-tier property is not somewhere we’d normally stay and the only reason we chose it was as a result of circumstance and convenience. To be fair to the management, they were incredibly apologetic in their email to us and they made a nice gesture too (which they got wrong and had to correct when it was pointed out) but we’d have to think twice about returning.
